Over 300 Farmworker Families in Burlington, WA are currently waging a historic struggle for a union contract at Sakuma Bros Berry Farm. They are asking consumers to boycott Driscoll’s Berries. Familias Unidas por la Justicia, the farmworkers’ independent union is fighting to end:

• Wage Theft and Poverty Wages

• Inhumane Production Standards

• Retaliation from Sakuma for Protected Union Activity

Why Driscoll’s?

• Sakuma sells most of their berries under Driscoll’s label.

• Driscoll’s is the largest berry distributor in the world

• Driscoll’s supplies from growers in San Quintin Mexico where 70,000 workers went on strike, formed a union, and endorsed a boycott of Driscoll’s Call Driscoll’s and let them know you are boycotting their berries: 831-763-3259
